Translating the vision
of macromolecule therapeutics into
a druggable reality

We develop a unique delivery modality for getting
DNA, RNA, proteins, peptides, and other large molecules into
the cell cytoplasm, for use in a wide range of therapeutic areas,
and in a variety of different modes of administration.

Our solution

We are introducing the molecular nano motor, or MNM, a novel technology for the intracellular delivery of large molecules, powered by the energy intrinsic to all cell membranes. The MNM platform can be adapted to a broad scope of molecular cargoes and administration methods

Applications

Efficient intracellular delivery and a universal attachment system allow the MNM platform to treat numerous diseases in many therapeutic areas. Interna Therapeutics is currently focusing on infectious and non-infectious respiratory diseases.

Current developments

The molecular nano motor is here, and ready to transform large-molecule medicine. To maximize the impact of the MNM platform, we’re pursuing multiple partnerships licensing the technology to pharmaceutical companies, and conducting independent research to further demonstrate the safety and efficacy of our approach to intracellular drug delivery.
