Nobel laureate Professor Kornberg, once a Teva Pharmaceuticals director, is a distinguished biochemist at Stanford University and a member of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences. His numerous awards include the Nobel Prize in Chemistry, the Welch Prize, and the Leopold Mayer Prize. Kornberg holds degrees from Harvard and Stanford and has honorary roles at international universities.

Dr. Alon Dumanis is the CEO of Dumanis Investments Ltd and its affiliates. He chairs Interna, serves on the boards of Nova Measuring Instruments and Rada Electronic Industries, and is the Managing Partner of Augmentum Ltd. He was previously CEO of Docor International Management Ltd. for 15 years and held roles at Dutch investment companies under The Van-Leer Group Foundation.
Mr. Gottenstein is Chairman of the Board of Israel Petrochemical Enterprises and is a part of the controlling shareholders and a director in Israel’s Oil refineries limited (TASE: ORL). Mr. Gottenstein has a vast activity in different ventures in both industry, biotech and tech.
